Payments
We want course purchases to be clear and fair. Review the course description and curriculum before paying, and contact us promptly if something goes wrong.

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase when the course was purchased by mistake, a duplicate payment was made, the purchased course is materially different from its published description, or a technical problem prevents reasonable access and we cannot resolve it.
Payment submits your preferred-time request. Payment does not guarantee that specific time. The mentor confirms availability or proposes an alternative for student acceptance. If another time is needed, the original payment remains attached; no additional payment is required.
Paid 1:1 guidance sessions use the session-specific policy shown before checkout. These sessions are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You can move your booking before its scheduled start within the rescheduling allowance agreed at checkout; the default allowance is one student-initiated change. Further changes require an administrator. If the instructor cancels, your payment is retained for a replacement session at no extra cost, without using your student-initiated allowance.
Replacement sessions retain the original duration and payment. Contact support if a suitable replacement time is unavailable or a payment was taken without a confirmed booking.
A refund may be declined after substantial course consumption, certificate issuance, repeated downloads of course resources, violation of the Terms of Use, or when the request is made after the 7-day request period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Email support@maheilambi.in with the subject “Refund request.” Include your account email, course name, payment or order ID, purchase date, and reason. Do not send card, bank-password, OTP, or UPI PIN information.
We normally acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank may require 5–10 business days after approval to display the credit.
One-time course purchases do not renew automatically. If a recurring plan is introduced, its cancellation date and renewal terms will be shown before purchase and added to this policy.
